No bottlenecking,why you feel so?

Might update the bios though.

The only thing that is bottle necking your system, if i got your list right, is the lacking of an ssd. If you don't have you should get something like the 850 pro by samsung at the highest capacity possible. You will see big difference in loading times and you will not have the usual hdd spikes in gaming.

someone told me the motherboard is it 4 core or 6 core i don't know what he meant

That someone probably didn't know what he was talking about. Generally the motherboard doesn't affect performance. There are differences in performance from motherboard to motherboard but they are very small.

I suggest again if you don't have an ssd get one.

Just update bios (not so necessary though,if everything is fine) http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4488#bios

Get an SSD, you'll notice some improvements in booting time,it's worth it.
But only when you are not bothered shifting OS to SSD, if it is NOT OK to you to reinstall OS in SSD, don't invest on SSD.
