Question I have slow download speeds when downloading over Google Chrome, but I have 1G/s download speed.

Can anyone help me with my Google Chrome download speeds being very slow? I get around 1500-2000kb/s on Google. Sometimes it varies and goes up to 20mb over Google which is crazy. I had to download 37GB of footage and it took 6 hours with 2000kb/s.
