2) That DDR2 slot is for RAM not for a Card. The PCI E slot is for your GPU
3)There arent any DDR2 vram cards. The very cheap ones use DDR3 but the usual one is ddr5.

You're obviously confusing system ram and GPU vRAM.
They can be different types and don't have to match.

Again - DDR2 is probably system ram of your computer.
Discrete graphics cards have nothing to do with system ram of your computer.

You can use any graphics card, that is supported by your motherboard
and also has power draw that your PSU can support.

What is model name of your motherboard?
What is brand/model name of your PSU?
How much are you willing to spend?

Not enough power to run a video card.

For any video card recommendations you need to list full system specs, CPU, case type/size/model, PC brand and model, power supply brand and model, what games you want to play at what settings and your budget.

You can't upgrade the Ram on the GPU (graphics card). You need to buy a new GPU in order to get something with faster VRAM. That will also give you a better and faster Chip on the card.

Most modern/semi modern cards really only uses GDDR5 with a very select few cheap cards using something else. you are not limited to a card with GDDR2/GDDR3 as that is only a part of the GPU. as long as your Motherboard has a PCI 1.1 or higher, connector you can use any graphics card.

however keep in mind that a newer graphics card will require more power than an old card, and also requires a semi fast CPU to use its full potential. if you have a 450-550Watt PSU then you're golden for a single card configuration.

On your computer, open the case and look. You should already know what your CPU and other parts are, it's your computer. If not, you can run a utility called CPUZ to get the main info, the PC model would be on the computer case.

depends if he has a prefab pc or prebuilt or a friend built it for him.
a prefab will have a pc model number, but a prebuilt or friend-built pc won't have a specifik model number

going by this "3031 H. HEWLETT PACKARD/////MOTHERBOARD....", it's an HP computer of some sort. DDR2, 3.0 dual core could be a Pentium D system.

For the small form one, all the cards will need to be low profile versions, R7 240, R7 250, NVidia 730, nVidia 640 Any of those based on your budget.

Cost depends on where you are, US prices are often much lower than in other areas as is availability or parts. For your computer, it does not really matter which card since your CPU is likely to be the issue with newer games as much as the video card. Get whichever of those is cheapest for you.
