Question I have speed problem with my Kingston SSD 120 GB

I installed my SDD on my old mainboard H61 which just only have SATA 2 port for about 5-6 months; now I install it in the SATA 3 on the B-75 but my SSD just run speed of the SATA 2. How can I fix this problem @@? Please help me

whats your speed? im with a kingston sdd in sata 2 motherboard and my speed writninig goes to 200+mb and reading 250+

do the crystaldiskinfo test

these are my speeds of kingston sdd in SATA 2.0 OLD MOTHERBOARD, and believe me.. these speeds are AWESOME for everything.
