Question i have T3500 dell it can go off when reading SATA hard disk

sir any one have experience like this my T3500 dell when go to read SATA hard dirve on any location sata 0 to sata4.but when only cd its can detect and run properly

Not sure what the issue is, start at the beginning, what is the system setup, including drive(s), what happens when you turn it on? Need error messages, what happens and at what point in the boot, etc..
