I have the bitlocker recovery key but i cant only input the numbers not the letters

I have the. Bitlocker recovery ken.kcontent://media/external/file/2032ey but when i try to input it only the numbers work ,not the letters

Make sure your num lock is properly set, particularly on laptops.

A proper BitLocker Recovery Key consists of 48 digits arranged in 8 groups of 6 digits, each group separated by a dash, there are no letters. If the 'key' you have has letters in it then it isn't a BitLocker key.
