I have the DVD but my PC has no drive

Hi guys, so the problem I'm about to pose to you is hopefully one that's easy to solve. See, in my country its hard to get a genuine copy of Windows 10. The retailers who do sell it, sell them in DVDs. Now the case I'm going to buy won't have an optical drive.. My question is then, is there a way I can buy the DVD and use it to authenticate/install a legitimate copy of Windows 10 on my PC? Is there a way I can make a USB drive installer version of the OS from the DVD? How do I use a DVD to install Windows 10 on a PC that doesn't have a DVD drive 😛?

Buy the DVD and then download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB, they are the same files as DVD and may be newer version of win 10.
