do you mean when you plug the card on your motherboard the PC wont run? If not mistaken the EVGA brand have six pin on that card do you plug in the six pin?

look at the graphic card PCB it has 6 pin plug there. and what your PSU? 300watt with good quality can run it. if you has a lower wattage PSU that might be your PSU not enough power or you that not trhas a PSU ue power as 300watt and above.

syahin, on the top edge of the card , there is a 6 pin power socket on the eVGA card, you need to take a 6 pin connecter from PSU and plug it in to power the card. If you don't have a spare 6 pin connector, you will need to get an adapter or splittewr or a new PSU with enough leads.
