I forgot the log in password but have it set for Facial Recognition so that's how I always log in and over the time have forgot what I used as a password when I got the IdeaPad Z510 touch... I run Win 8.1 and everything works fine as I use the facial recog to start up but looking for a way to change or remove the old password...

We will not assist in bypassing any type of security measure. That includes resetting a lost password.
