I Have The Wrong BIOS

Hi, I have a PC that i purchased online and ever since i have had it the BIOS has been incorrect, i look up the BIOS for the Asus H81M-PLUS and it looks like this http://stablecomputer.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/Asus_H81M-PLUS_BIOs_Easymode.jpg but my BIOS is old and doesn't work properly as i can't access all the features and every time i change screen say from BOOT to TOOL i can see boot behind it and Tool in front of it, also i can see in the background of the usual BIOS but i cannot use it as you can see as i posted a video of what it looks like here at this link, i really need help, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HEBs2GI5OC0

Are you using the integrated graphics on the CPU or are you using a discrete graphics card?

@ko888 i have it connected to my GPU as nothing shows on the screen if connected to motherboard.

You would need to remove the discrete graphics card if you want to test with the integrated graphics on the CPU.

What is the brand and model of the discrete graphics card?

Did you clear the CMOS when you removed the discrete graphics card to test the integrated graphics?

I own a Powercolor R7 370, and i was wrong it does display from motherboard but does the same thing.

It could even be a problem with the CPU.

Graphics is processed through the CPU (i.e. integrated and discrete graphics is directly on the CPU and the discrete graphics card is connected directly to the CPU via the PCI Express x16 slot).

I discovered the problem. It was occurring due to it being connected to my TV as i don't have a monitor, and it was a problem the screen, which caused the Bios to come out as messed.
