Question I have these RGB GPu stand 5v 3 pin connector.. any way to alternately power them?

So I have these extra GPU stands that I dont have space for my motherboard anymore and was wondering if its possible to light them externally with a 5pin to usb adapter (if it exists) so I can use these stands as like a lighting decoration (lamp) or something.

I added a switch to my case to so I could power some led strips. Maybe you could do something similar. Stick them on the GPU stands.
