Question i have this motherboard can i install graphic card in it if i can please tell which pci-e versoin i have there is a link

The pcie version is really irrelevant.
Cards are backwards compatible with all generations.
Performance differences are also minor until you are talking about very high end cards.
Of possibly more importance is the type of bios you have.
Modern cards need a uefi bios amd may not run on a legacy bios.
What is the make/model of the card you are interested in installing?
What is the make/model of your power supply since that may be a factor also.

Your psu is fine, GT710 requires minimal power,
I have no information on what kind of a bios your motherboard has(UEFI or legacy)
Nor do I know if the zotac card requires UEFI bios or legacy
You are likely OK, but no guarantees.
i checked and found out that in front of the slot i saw that it is written pci16x but most motherboard have card lock to hold the gpu but i cannot see in mine i am very confused as i cannot go out due to this corona thing.sir,i dont know what bios i have uefi or legacy as i can only see versio not bios mode but,i will tel u mybios version:
