event 41 (63) is a reaction, not a cause. When windows starts up, it runs a report to check if it was shutdown right the previous time. If it finds it wasn't, it creates event 41

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/debugger/bug-check-0x26--cdfs-file-system

not an error code I see a great deal... one solution suggested in link above is to run chkdsk C: /f on the boot drive (cmd as admin), likely need to run at startup since it doesn't like running it in windows.
the pc crash-restart and after restart i view this notification, two times in one day

I am not sure if the code i thought was BSOD code is, so can you go here and then choose step 6 below it and set up PC to create minidump files

that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a file sharing web site, and share the link here and I will get someone to convert file into a format I can read
