I have this stupid pop up I cant get rid of.

Someone please help. I have this stupid pop up that comes up each time I turn on the computer. It says a file is invalid or something I tried deleting the file but that doesnt work. It says Error! and at the bottom it says An error has occurred: The file 'C:\Users\Ahlers\AppData\Local\Temp\DATA.exe' already exists. What can I do please? Ive had this for a year now!!

Sounds like Malware, try running CCleaner and run your virus scanner for viruses etc to start with.

I already ran CCleaner and Anti Malwarebytes. I dont think its malware, it could be a corrupt file or something. I need something like a software to remove it for me. Or I can manually do it myself but i dont know how.

If the file is in the temp files CCleaner should have removed it. You can go to 'C:\Users\Ahlers\AppData\Local\Temp\' folder and delete all files in there, make sure you are in the right folder and you only delete the files in there and not the folder itself. Some files might be locked and can't be removed since they are in use, but this is normal. Also check from 'Task Manager' to see if Data.exe is running.
