I have three internet browsers and Wi-Fi connection but when I try to get on the internet, it says not connected???

Ok my friend added a ad blocker to my laptop and one of the four internet browsers I have worked and was able too get on the internet. That internet browser was Firefox. The other three, Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Opera didn't. Well I told another friend about it,and while I wasn't around,she deleted Firefox. Now I can't get on the internet at all. What can I do to at least get Chrome to work? PLEASE HELP!!!

1. Run System Restore to get Firefox back, then download ¨Malwarebytes Anti-Malware¨ and scan to remove possible malwares.
2. Download ¨Complete Internet Repair¨ and see if it can repair your internet connection.
