i have three storage devices but only see one

i have just built a pc and when i go into file explorer i can only see my c drive but have two other drives plugged in, please help

Try right-clicking on the start button and go to disk management. See if the disks show up there as RAW or otherwise unformatted. From here you should be able to create volumes and format.
If not there check your connections.
