I have to chose the GPU with the best cooling

Solution
Most manufacturers sell more than one version of each card. Typically they sell a low price version, for people who want the performance but don't care about extras, and they sell a more expensive version for people who want the best of everything. Sometimes they sell a middle price version, this version will have better components, like cooling, than the cheap version but it won't have all the extras of the expensive version.

So, if you are looking at a Palit 1060 6gb card, first thing I'd do is go to the Palit website and look at how many models of 1060 they offer. I looked and it seems that Super Jet Stream is their top of the line. So as far as Palit 1060s go, I'd expect that one to be their best in cooling. How it compares to...

How it compares to other companies' 1060s is why reviews are helpful. The Jet Stream looks to have the same cooling, but it's not clocked as fast. So unless you're looking for the extra speed too, maybe the Jet Stream is a better value.
