[SOLVED] I have to clean install rx 580 Driver to play Forza Horizon 4 everytime

If i try to play forza horizon 4 without get into safe mode, clean install the same gpu driver, the game crash.

But after doing it, i can play for hours without problem 1080p everything on ultra 60fps (limited by monitor)

Some one know how to fix this definitely?

My spec are:
Windows 10 Pro
ASRock Pro4 B450
Ryzen 3 3200G (Stock Cooler)
RX 580 XXX edition
16GB memory Corsair Vengeance 2400mhz (2x8)
PSU Thermalake 430w

Update your post to include full hardware specs and OS.

Go into Reliability History: Look for error codes that immediately precede or correspond with game crashes.

What are those errors?

You can also find errors via Event Viewer - not as user friendly but can be helpful.

In event viewer shows Application Error, Event ID 1000 in the moment of game crash

You should be able to identify the faulting app as shown on Event Viewer General tab at the top of webpage.

Identify the faulting app (if possible) and the next step will be to identify some appropriate fixes.

Reinstalling the app would be most the most likely fix.

Try running the Windows 10 Built-in Troubleshooters. The troubleshooters may find and fix something.

"sfc /scannow" via the Command prompt.

Another note: How old is that 430 Watt Thermalake PSU?

I did everything but reinstalling the app (Forza horizon 4). i will try that.

The PSU is new, only a weeks old
