I have to disconnect and reconnect the PSU for the PC to boot normally

Sometimes when i turn on my PC the mouse and front case light turns on and off randomly, and doesn't boot, so when I disconnect and reconnect the PSU then the PC boots properly, I already tried using other PSU's but the problem persists nevertheless. This doesn't happen always, sometimes it does, but it appears to be something random. What could be the cause and fix of it?

Suggest you try breadboarding. See if the case creates a short. Also test on another wallsocket.
