I have to exit to enter and exit bios to get into windows?

heyo all thank you for looking at my post

so my current issue is that i just did a fresh install of windows on a pc i recently built and it'll start off going into bios flashing on and off. If i reboot the computer go into bios and exit the computer will successfully go into windows (currently using it to type this post). The drive shows up when i'm in the bios and it is the first boot option so i kind of need help.

Specs:
mobo: GA-F2A78M-HD2
cpu : amd a10 7870k
gpu: r9 380
os: windows 10
psu : corsair cx750

I am have the same problem all the time , well for me when this happens i remove and re-plug my SATA cables and works fine . Also if you have more than one HDD check if you installed the wd to a different HDD or try switching 1st and 2nd boot option and it might work (at least this things had been working for me for the past year) . I hope i helped

Thank you for replying i'll give unplugging the sata another try currently the only other sata i have plugged in is the disk reader but dont know if that's interfering. Thank you again for replying and glad the solution has worked for you
