[SOLVED] I have to manually boot Windows from BIOS ?

Hello guys i have a problem, I built my own pc long time ago and recently when i turn it on I get "no signal" on monitor. Then i hold the button to turn it off and after turning it on again I get the american megatrends and have to go to BIOS and boot manually with Windows Boot Manager. My PC is sluggish and has very low FPS in games. I tried to change cmos battery but it stil does the same thing. Can you help me please ?

Have you tried going in to bios and under exit, reset the pc to original/optimal settings?

Also what is your full pc build please?

Sounds to me like it may be your boot order is either not populated or is hitting something else before your boot drive that sends it to BIOS, as @Fix_that_Glitch alluded, its likely a BIOS setting issue.
