I have to turn on my pc twice to boot

When I turn on my PC, all the fans are on but not booting to BIOS and Windows. So I turn my PC off and turn it on again, then my PC can boot into BIOS and Windows. This issue starts since yesterday.

My spec:

  AMD Ryzen 2600
  ASRock AB350 Pro4
  IGame GTX 1060 6GB
  Geil DDR4 EVO FORZA PC19200 8 GB (Single Channel)
  Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB
  Antec NeoECO Classic 550 Watt

How old is the power supply? Did you happen to do any bios updates or other updates recently?

Another cause is a loose or dust affected RAM stick. It's worth re-seating all the sticks in the box.

I bought it a week ago. So it's a brand new PC. Because the mobo requires an update to use 2nd gen Ryzen, I updated the BIOS since the first time I used my PC
