i have tried all techniques but none worked - gives Bootstrapper error everytime i start to download MS Office 2013 in Win 10.

Tried all the tricks and gimmicks to solve or get rid of this Bootstrapper error but nothing worked. Can someone help?
Tried clearing the registeries, start installation in cleanboot (safemode), WiMNG registry, and whatever else I could find on internet..nothing worked for me.

I have windows 10 with 64 bit operating system
