i need help i am new to this so am unsure if i have done this correct my computer says I'm connected to the internet but won't let me connect and all my usb, mouse, and keyboard plugs don't work in the back of my computer

Unless you are using ipv6 or on a network with other people using it which I'm more than certain you aren't you don't have any need for it to be enabled. Just press the windows key + R and type devmgmt.msc go down to where it says network adapters and you should see teredo tunneling interface, right click and disable it. I always do this on all of my computers.

that fixed the error code but still have issues i talk to cox tech for 2 hrs and they told me there is more wrong with my computer cause of everything not working and that i still can't connect to internet cost me 100 bucks for them to tell me that so I'm lost and frustrated

If you still have issues try enabling it again and try
type CMD into the search bar and right click on it and select run as administrator, after that type netsh, then int teredo, set state disabled, then just leave that window open. After that do windows key + R and type devmgmt.msc then go over to the view tab and check off show hidden devices, you should see the Teredo as disabled or with a ?, right click on that device and select properties it may or may not show it as a working device. If that fails right click on the device again and select update driver software then select search automatically for drives ..... then if it finds any install it.
