I have trouble recovering my xbox 360 live account

Hello,
i was at my friends yesterday and i wanted to play with my profile so i recovered my account on her xbox360. and this morning when i wanted to play ofcourse i had to recover my account but when i did it didnt recover completley and i dont know what to do. what should i do and how can i fix this problem
