Question I have two questions

Question 1: I currently have an i3 8100 and GTX 1060 6GB build. I want to gradually upgrade to a RTX 2060 + i5 9600K build. What should I upgrade first? The CPU or the GPU (because I'm not sure which is worst to bottleneck.)
Question 2: For this build, would a 500 watt PSU do fine?

RTX 2060 6GB
i5 9600K
2x8GB DDR4-2133 Sticks
1 SSD (250 GB), 1 HDD (SATA 7.2RPM 1TB)
Gigabtye B360M D2V Motherbaord
2 144Hz Monitors (24", 1080p)

Which 500watt psu? =maker+model

Think i myself would upgrade the gpu first.
