I have a new build with an Asus x470-Pro MB, 16 GB RAM, AMD Ryzen 5 2600x CPU, and Patriot Burst 240 SSD and Samsumg 860 PRO SSD. Boot is extreamly slow. Ran Crystal Disk and found that the speed was around 600 MBS on both drives. I reset my BIOS to default, without success. TRIM is enabled. I've swapped out cables. I'm at a loss. Any suggestions?

The 860 Pro and Patriot Burst are both SATA III drives.
600 MBs is actually above what they should be doing, not "slow".
