I have uninstalled intel media accelerator by mistake can i re-install this prog

Hello,I have inadvertently uninstalled intel media accelerator and am trying to re-install, can you please help me. I am trying to install windows 7 and it keeps telling me i have no driver

If you are able to read error messages, there is *some* driver driving your display, most likely the generic driver that ships w/Windows.
Am I correct in guessing that you are currently running Vista and are trying to upgrade to Win7? If not, what are you running at the time you get the error message?
