Question I have white bars, and having screen flickering issues on my Viewsonic XG2431 Monitor. Any fixes?

Ive recently had a big problem with my monitor, I was afk when playing a game called ARK survival. When I came back it had black bars at the bottom and suddenly it was happening to every single Game. I’ve tried updating my gpu drivers but it didn’t work. I wanted to know if you guys had any solutions to this

You might want to include a couple of images or even a video of the issue you're speaking of. Chances are the GPU might've croaked or your drivers ended up corrupt or you just need to replace the display cable. Regarding drivers, you could use DDU to uninstall all GPU drivers from your platform and manually reinstall the latest drivers sourced from your GPU chip maker's support site, installing the driver in an elevated command(assuming you're on Windows OS), Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
