I have windows 7 on my HDD i want to move it to an SSD.

I built my computer about 9 months ago and i installed windows on my HDD, i want to upgrade and install an SSD into my system, how can i transfer windows 7 to my SSD?

If the total disk space used on your HDD is smaller than the total disk space of your SSD, then you can just clone it over using some cloning software (I did this using EaseUS ToDo Software). If not, I believe there are other paid-for programs that will allow you to just move the OS (don't know any off the top of my head), but you'd probably be better off just performing a clean install anyway.
