Okay I have Window's 7 and I have Window's 10 reserved. I know it came out today but when I go to Window's update it still says "We'll let you know when Window's will be ready to install onto your Computer." Should I have been able to download it by now, or does it take longer for Window"s 7 users?

It's released to you "wave by wave" via Window update. You can manually upgrade to window 10 with the Windows 10 media creation tool. Just need to select "upgrade this PC"

"We'll let you know" is the key phrase.
Not everyone gets it today, no matter what OS it is.

There are several hundred million devices in this very large upgrade. It takes time to roll out.
