I have windows 8 in my pc but my pc is very slow I want reinstall window

Please check your hard drive weather it produce some noise like playing scratched CD or something like that.. If there a noise, your hard drive probably broken and unable to write data in the drive.. recommended to replace the hard drive with a new one..
