The exact instructions vary depending on tablet. The manual should be able to help.

Pretty much all are the same. Go into settings, wireless on, view wireless networks and connect.

nextbook 8.1, manual has almost nothing in it, my 8 yr old has been trying to figure it out. We entered our router??? number and still nothing happens, no connection.
