I hear some weird noise coming from my pc. Please help.

The sound is coming from my SSD drive or maybe from hard drive, i think. I also record it. Also when the sound appears i cannot open any files for a second. After the sound goes off my file opens immediately. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nkmj-YRaaT4&feature=youtu.be

That would be the hard drive seeking, sounds a bit abnormal. What hard drive is it? How old is it? Might want to run a disk check and see if it shows any bad sectors. If you have any important data on that drive I would back it up.

HDD ST2000DM001 2TB 64MB This is my hard drive model. It's 4 - 5 years old. I will run a disk check and i'll tell you what it says. I always backup my important files, even if the hard drive is brand new, cause you know - sh** happens.

Sounds like its repeatedly spinning up to me. Double check your drive's power cable to make sure it isn't loose. You may also want to check your power management settings and try High Performance mode to rule that out as well. Depending on your scandisk results, you may also want to run Crystal Disk Info to check for SMART errors that could indicate the drive is failing.

Okay. I did a disk check and some problems occured. I will attach pictures. I also unplugged all the drive cables and plugged them back in to make sure that's not the problem. After that the PC couldn't start the OS and the sound coming from the hard drive was even more often , so i decided to unplug the hard drive and leave only the SSD drive where the OS is. https://imgur.com/a/wvuH6 here are the pictures. Sorry for my bad english. Oh, and the power management of my pc is already set to high.
