I held down delete and changed my gpu to internal and now I can't access bios.

Please help. My pc keeps restarting when I play games so I was trying to see if it was my gpu so I changed it to internal. I held down delete and went to bios. Now, when I try to change it back, my pc monitor just says no signal and I can't access bios. Please help.

a desktop? move the monitor cable to connect to the motherboard output

if you did not change the boot display output the add in gpu card may still be the first output display. try the video on the other gpu see if you see the f2 or bios screen. if not clear the cmos to get back into the bios.

And PC specs are?
Not all cpus have integrated graphics. For example Ryzen 1x00 models don't have it.

If your cpu does have integrated graphics, then remove discrete gpu from system and try to enter BIOS.
