Question I honestly don't know what to do anymore (Mice ALWAYS Glitching Out)

This is all I have to show you. No matter what USB port I put my mice into, stuff like that happens.

I've tried the Razer Deathadder V2 Mini, same thing. I've tried the Razer Viper 8k, also has jumps. Now, nearly $200+ later, I have the G Pro X Superlight and STILL, same thing.

Different USB Ports, reinstall of Windows, unplugging unnecessary cords, getting all the correct firmware and software. Is it time for a new motherboard?

My take on it - it is the surface you are using. Try blank A4 as your mousepad. If it works, just get a proper mat.

I could try another mousepad. Currently was using a glass-infused mousepad, so will do.
