Is this PSU ok for me? I read it was good, but the ad says 120A +12V, is it actually 44A?

Great PSU and more than enough for your PC. 44A is the rated capacity of the +12V rail. I'm not sure I would trust a website with blatant false advertising like the one you linked to...

No, it's actually 44A because the XFX psu's use a single rail design (1, 12V, high amperage rail) as opposed to multiple 12A rails. It should be fine for your build.
