Question I installed 16gb of ram but the bios and windows show 8192 and 7.95

In my bios its shows both ram sticks are in a2 and b2. They both show up as 8192. I have windows 10 64 bit using the media tool. I tried swapping ram slots and turning on xmp but both didnt work.

mobo: Tomahwak max
memory: Trident z 2x8gb rgb ram
psu: seasonic focus gold 750w
windows 10 version 1909

Did you buy the memory as a set? Are you trying to run XMP or just base 2133 speed? Do you have the latest BIOS ?
