the fans are working on top speed.
3 intake
2 exhaust
there is literally 0 degrees difference in temperature
stress test 80 degrees
gaming 75
GPU almost same
room temp 30degrees plus

i5 8400
1060 6gb
b360m k
cabinet fans at 1200rpm

I'd flip the one up top so the top and rear are all exhaust. I get the logic behind doing it that way but in practice I don't think it works. You have the same number of hard drives? If so, realistically you've only got 1.2 intake fans on the front. Most of that air from the lower fan would be blocked and what does pass through is heated by the hard drives.

my pc literally 2 weeks old and im using this paste
http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/thermal-compound/mastergel/

actually you should have more fans blowing in than out, otherwise you've got negative air pressure, keep in mind your graphics card is also exhausting air

-if i read correctly you only have 1 HDD currently installed? where is it if not in a HDD cage?

what the other poster said about blowing out the dust, cleaning the fan blades and cleaning the cooler fins by removing the fan, and re-applying thermal paste
