I installed a Brand New SSD but I also have Corsair Link Temp Software. Since I'll have the Link Software running most of the time, Should I keep it on the SSD or the MHD or does it really matter in the end??

Thanks in advanced

I don't they are talking about monitoring the temps of the drives, but rather what drive to keep it installed on. Their thinking is probably if it's running all the time, is it accessing the drive all the time, and thus reducing their SSD's write/read cycles by running it on a SSD.

No, it won't matter. Once it loads once at the start, it probably won't access the drive much, and even if it does, it will 10x less than Windows accesses a SSD anyways.
SSD's do not produce heat so its pointless to monitor. Temps are hardly ever a issue with a SSD or HDD. If they are hot its time to replace or something else is wrong. I never check my HDD temps because it does not matter unless you suspect something is wrong even then temps are not likely to cause an issue.
