I installed a COD BO2 and run it. When cutscene wan running game freeze and nothing happend. Then i decide to hardly shut down. After that i turn pc back on and while boot smile face show up with some problem. After restart system boot up. It seems that my HDD got some issue bc. when i play csgo or any other game loading takes so much time than before.

Hi,

Have you tried doing a clean install of the GPU driver that may help?
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics card driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to the graphics card.
- Once completely uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.
- Reboot your PC once the latest driver has been installed and do also set your GPU as the default.
