-the OP was originally Windos 7 but i was able to get into Windows 10
-240w PSU

-2x4gb DDR3 RAM cards PC3-10600U-9-11-A1

Now that you have updated the bios try it one ram stick at a time and see if it makes a diff.

OK so I finally got the PC to boot up with one of the new random access memory cards I got which has 4 GB on one card, the method I’m doing I’m removing the motherboard battery and I am also taking out my GPU and I’m going to install the Random Access Memories cards to get that functional before I put it back in my GPU cause I think what’s going on is that the PC works once it gets past that battery removal reset but then it won’t display Because maybe the graphics unit just doesn’t recognize it so I’m installing both of the ram and then I’m going to reinstall the GPU

UPDATE: I got my pc to run with both new RAM cards but now I can’t get my GPU to display, I even uninstalled the IGPU including drivers for it, and I’ve removed the CMOS battery for 5 mins and put it back, still nothing but the fan on the gpu is running
