So i installed windows 10 and i tried uninstalling, checking for updates and did everything i possibly could.. I have to use ethernet, which im suing atm. what do u guys think is the problem? Would i have to buy a wifi adapter?
this sounds more like a driver issue. it is possible that there are no official windows 10 drivers yet for your wifi adapter. did yopu do a clean install or did you upgrade over a previous OS?

Whats the problem? Do you have a wifi adapter right now?

If you have a 4GB USB or a DVD lying around use this.
Just make sure you delete all the partitions and click New then Apply.
That way you can do a fresh install.
In the future if you want accurate help make sure you tell us how you created/arrived at the error you are having.
on new intall of the os make sure the mb chipset drivers are installed so the newest usb drivers are installed. on the usb stick if it a few years old it may have an issue if windows is using the wrong driver or the vendor has not updated there software for windows 10. if there no new windows 10 software from the wifi vendor look online and find the chipset used for the wifi and download the newest driver for that chipset. with windows 10 and wifi drivers also look under settings for the wifi if it set to 20-40 spacing try setting it to 20 and set the wifi to it highest sensitivity. also if there more then one wifi near you make sure your router on a clear channel.
