please help! i instaeld a new graphic card but my monitor wont work. please help

Try starting the computer in safe mode (press F8 as Windows starts) and if you then get something on the monitor reset the display properties in Windows to the native resolution and to the native refresh rate of the monitor (see monitor specs).
