Question I just bought 2 more DDR4-4500Mhz of the same model but it wont go past 2133Mhz (Neither XMP or overclocking works)

Here are my old system specs:

9900k
2 x 8gb Corsair LPX 4500Mhz "CMK16GX4M2F4500C19" running stable at 4400Mhz
RTX 2080 8gb Founders Edition
Samsung 970 Pro 1TB
MSI Gaming Edge AC Micro ATX motherboard
EVGA Supernova 650 G2

I recently bought 2 more memory ram sticks of the same model "CMK16GX4M2F4500C19" as my old but these sticks wont go past their default speed of 2133Mhz. My original 2 memory sticks are fine always running at 4400Mhz but when I put all 4 together, they wont go past 2133Mhz (Default Speed).

I tried putting only the new 2 memory ram sticks by themselves and they wont overclock past default. I also tried to rearrange them in the motherboard slot positions but they still wont overclock...

I am trying to get all 4 DDR4 Memory Ram sticks to run around 4400Mhz

No, my motherboard can handle 4500Mhz speeds and Corsair doesnt sell 4 x 8gb DDR4-4500Mhz kits so I have to buy 2x(2x8gb Kits).

correct, but mixing ram(not the same kit) sometime work, sometime don't.
with a kit, they test it together.
