Please help... I'm SO confused.

I just bought a big 25" LCD monitor for my Mac. It came with cables for both DVI to DVI and DVI to HDMI, but no explanation of why I would use one over the other. I will not be using the monitor to watch TV and I just want the best quality picture (and color) on my screen for doing graphics (photoshop & graphic design).

Which connection makes the most sense? (I'm assuming DVI to DVI, but I honestly have no idea if I'm right.

Thank you in advance for any help on this.

Well technically speaker both DVI and HDMI transfer information digitally and organize their packets the same same so there is absolutely no difference. Except HDMI can carry audio while DVI can have more connectors for dual-link operation.
