After I plugged in the Wifi-6 adapter, whenever I start my PC, it would go to the blue screen and then my PC restarts over and over and over and over...

I have tried to reset my PC (wiped all the files), then install the CD software that came with the ASUS adapter and then after that, installed the adapter hardware again. And its the same problem. Whenever I open my PC, it crashes or go to blue screen and then restarts by itself over and over and over and over....

Did you try downloading and installing the appropriate drivers for your new wireless adapter BEFORE installing it? If not, try removing it, downloading the drivers for it, installing them and THEN installing the device.

Do NOT use the drivers that came with it on CD, because they are probably VERY old, in modern terms more than 6 months is probably "very old" when it comes to being compatible with latest versions of Windows that get released every six months and tend to break existing drivers every time.

DOWNLOAD the LATEST driver, from the ASUS website here: https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/...19.744548971.1595002798-1058464333.1591647595

Make sure to install both the WiFi AND BT drivers for Windows 10.

If that fails to work, then the adapter is probably faulty.

Also, BEFORE you do ANY of that, go to the MSI product page for your motherboard and make sure you have the MOST recent BIOS version installed.

Since that motherboard has built-in WIFI, I would guess you will have to delete the drivers for that, then install the new drivers BEFORE installing the new card.

Good point. I completely overlooked the fact that that board has WiFi onboard. Might also be a good idea, if you are going to use the WiFi 6 adapter and not the onboard adapter, to go into the device manager and DISABLE the onboard adapter entirely. It might also be possible or an even better idea to disable it from within the BIOS so you don't have to even worry about it being seen by Windows at all.
