I just bought a Steelseries Serberia V3 and the mic records my voice and sound from game or video

I just got my headset which is recording my voice and what ever im doing on my pc all from games to music.

When you say "records," do you mean it is constantly sending the input to a file? Or do you mean that you can hear all sound repeated back in the speakers? If it is the former case, please provide information about what kind of file is being written, what format it is, and what the file name is. If the latter, you can disable this by performing the following steps. Right click on the Sound icon in the taskbar and select "Recording devices." Double click on your headset. Navigate to the "Listen" tab. Uncheck "Listen to this device."
