[SOLVED] i just bought monitor and i feel there is something worng

hello,
i just bought used HP zr24 monitor. i link it to my pc via VGA cable colors of the monitor is good everything is okay. but..... when i play games like csgo / cod mw1 2 i feel there is something worng i fell screen is slow or it is skip the FPS.
i mean the game is not SMOOTH Especially when i move or any action happens....
i hope someone understand me

It’s only 60Hz with slow response time, not exactly a gaming monitor. What’s the full pc spec?

Sounds like tearing?
Have you tried enabling v-sync in your game? Could smooth out the experince but it'll give you a small FPS penalty, but try enabling v-sync in the game under "Graphics" or "Display" settings.
