The pc has all the lights and fans working, windows installed fine. When the pc rebooted out of the windows installation it goes into an endless bootloop. It shows the gigabyte logo and then the circling white dots for windows for a second or two then just reboots. cpu is i5 6500, mobo is gigabyte ga h110ma, 16gb of ram, samsung 850 evo ssd.

Solution
2 things I would wonder about:
Is it Windows 10 that you installed?
Was the Samsung 850 EVO ssd the ONLY hard drive connected when you did the Windows 10 installation?

I've read in other forums and here also that Windows 10 seems to have trouble if there is more than one hard drive connected during the installation of the OS.
or,
maybe it needs a BIOS update.
